We are seeking a professional executive assistant who can provide effective high quality support to the Chief Executive and Board. You will also be responsible for managing a team of two Executive Assistants who support the Senior Leadership Team.
You will be the eyes and ears of the Chief Executive into the rest of the organisation, providing useful insight into organisational performance. Anticipating the personal and professional needs of your Chief Executive will come naturally to you.
You will be a strong communicator with effective relationship management skills and a high level of service orientation. If you pride yourself on being professional and efficient and enjoy leading others in providing quality service with a smile then this role is for you.
You must also be able to demonstrate previous success in relation to the functions of a Chief Executive and Board.
