- get the big picture and develop the organisation’s strategic positioning
- understand a complex business and develop credibility with a variety of stakeholders
- be adept at issues identification and management, including the ability to plan and co-ordinate tasks across a range of business activities
- develop the team and its planning and processes
This role could be the brilliant next step for an ambitious comms professional who wants a challenging role that will build the skills needed for a senior management future. The ideal candidate will:
