Are you looking for your next career step as a Communications Manager? We are looking for someone who loves a fast pace, is future-oriented, and capable of managing a team of seven people delivering a range of external relations and corporate communications activities. You will need to:

• get the big picture and develop the organisation’s strategic positioning
• understand a complex business and develop credibility with a variety of stakeholders
• be adept at issues identification and management, including the ability to plan and co-ordinate tasks across a range of business activities
• develop the team and its planning and processes

This role could be the brilliant next step for an ambitious comms professional who wants a challenging role that will build the skills needed for a senior management future. The ideal candidate will:

• be able to thrive in ambiguity
• have the intellect and desire to understand and communicate complex information and environments
• be keen to work closely with peers to achieve organisation goals
