Working within a close knit team in this professional corporate organisation, you will be based on reception creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with the regular office administration and set up of meetings.
The successful person will have proven administrative and frontline reception experience. Key attributes include:
- Responsible attitude – willing to take ownership
- Good interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle lots on the go
- Willingness to assist in a diverse range of activities
- Strong ICT skills
The ideal person will work with a smile and turn their hand to anything from answering the phone and dealing with professionals, to keeping the kitchens tidy. This is a great opportunity to make the most of this pivotal frontline role.
This role is fixed term until January 2015.
